Vitalscope Wellness is intended for wellness, educational, and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency healthcare services.

Information We Collect

We may collect name, email address, account details, authentication identifiers, preferences, and support messages needed to create and operate your account.

With your permission, Vitalscope Wellness may process wellness data from Health Connect, including sleep, steps, activity, heart rate, heart rate variability, and related recovery or readiness signals.

If Apple Health integration is available and you choose to connect it, we may process Apple Health data you authorize, including sleep, steps, activity, heart rate, HRV, and related wellness metrics.

You may also upload laboratory reports. These reports can contain health-related values, file metadata, and text extracted or entered from the report so the app can organize wellness insights.

We may collect device and app diagnostics, crash logs, performance events, device model, operating system version, app version, and similar technical data to maintain reliability and security.

How We Use Data

We use your data to provide account access, sync authorized wellness sources, show daily wellness briefings, summarize sleep and recovery patterns, identify heart rate and HRV trends, organize uploaded laboratory reports, and generate personalized wellness signals.

We also use limited technical data to troubleshoot, prevent abuse, secure the service, improve performance, and respond to support requests.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with trusted service providers where needed to operate, host, secure, analyze, support, or maintain Vitalscope Wellness.

Service providers are expected to process data only for the services they provide to us and to use appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Security

We use encryption in transit to help protect data moving between your device, our services, and authorized integrations. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, but we work to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of wellness data.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account and wellness data for as long as needed to provide Vitalscope Wellness, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs.

You can request account deletion and associated data deletion by emailing support@vitalscope.io from your registered account email. Deletion includes account data and associated wellness data unless retention is legally required.
