Using Vitalscope Wellness
Vitalscope Wellness is operated by Michael Clarke, trading as Vitalscope. It provides personal health and wellness information tools. You may use it only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
Health information disclaimer
Vitalscope Wellness is for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a doctor, medical device, diagnostic service, treatment service or emergency-monitoring service. It does not provide professional medical advice. Do not use its scores, trends, recommendations, lab extraction or connected data to diagnose or treat a condition, make an emergency decision or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Seek urgent help through local emergency services when necessary.
Your information and permissions
You choose what information to connect, enter or upload and which permissions to grant. Lab document OCR or AI extraction can produce incomplete, incorrect or misread values and must be reviewed by you. Wellness scores and recommendations are generated from available data and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. You must have the right to provide information associated with your account. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use information from the service to harm another person. We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, the service or the law.
Service availability and changes
Features may change as Vitalscope Wellness develops. We aim to keep the service available and useful, but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Account deletion and support
You can delete your Vitalscope Wellness account using the account deletion instructions. Account deletion does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel those separately through the applicable store.
Subscriptions and billing
Vitalscope Wellness may offer monthly and annual Premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. An introductory or free trial may be offered where configured by the applicable store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal, subject to that store's policies. Prices, taxes, offers and billing terms are controlled by the applicable store and may vary by country.
Purchases are verified through the applicable store and Vitalscope backend. Vitalscope does not store users' payment-card details. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
